My package was lost in the mail so I've basically paid for an item that I didn't receive. Plus she refused to reimburse me or at least send me something else for the same value. Even though, the order should have been sent with insurance in case of accident such as this! I had contacted the Afrikrea team and they too said the couldn't do anything because didn't use their method of shipping. So overall, my experience is unsatisfactory when it come to returning an item when you live far away with this website So this experience had l left me wondering if it's worth it to shop with them...
