This is a real SCAM !!! this creator does not reimburse anything. even if we send the product back, they dodge. customer service is absolutely non-existent. the merchandise comes from China. there is nothing african about it. it is a business that just seeks to make money with poor quality products: the measurements do not match, the colors and design are different from the photos posted online, the delivery times are long and the return costs are to our charge ($ 23)! I want to denounce Bynelo which does not respect the rights of the consumer!!
I can't fit the dress, but it looks nice. It is stated in the description, but you REALLY should make sure to double check the measurements before ordering!
I bought these items on wholesale, great quality. Fast shipping and very polite customer service. Will definitely be back for more.

Parcel shipped quickly, beautiful dress but quite disappointed with the finish, the quality of the closure and the customer service. The dress arrived with a defect in the zipper that did not open and close properly. There were also threads of seams which blocked the closure. I was unable to wear it and immediately notified the saleswoman within 2 hours of receipt by Dhl. Supporting photos. After her checks she told me that it was I who had to ruin the closure of the dress at the reception and offered me a $ 10 so that I could have it repaired. I wanted to send the dress back and get a refund but the saleswoman said she would not reimburse me for the return costs despite being defective. Really disappointed and unhappy with the customer service.

La robe est arrivée avec une défectuosité au niveau de la fermeture qui ne s'ouvrait et fermait pas correctement. Il y avait aussi des fils de coutures qui bloquait la fermeture. Je n'ai pas pu la porter et ai immédiatement avisé la vendeuse dans les 2h après réception par Dhl. Photos à l'appui. Après ses vérifications elle me dit que c'est moi qui ai dû abîmer la fermeture de la robe à la réception et me propose un 10$ pour que je la fasse réparer. J'ai voulu renvoyer la robe et me faire rembourser mais la vendeuse a dit qu'elle ne me rembourserait pas les frais de renvoi malgré leur défectuosité. Vraiment déçu et mécontente du service à la clientèle.
