I am very satisfied with this 1st order at all levels (quality, delay & communication). Just a quick note: The dress I bought for my daughter's birthday was wrapped in a simple white paper envelope. Result, with the rain of these last days, the envelope was soggy and partly torn. Fortunately inside, the dress was packed in a plastic bag! Prefer scratch or quilted envelopes, or a small package (friendly advice!). Sorry for the delay of my answer, but I was traveling these days. Thanks again. Good luck on your side. Best regards. MS
Je suis très satisfait de cette 1ère commande à tous les niveaux (qualité, délai & communication). Juste une petite remarque : la robe que j'ai achetée pour l'anniversaire de ma fille était emballée dans une simple enveloppe papier blanche. Résultat, avec la pluie de ces derniers jours, l'enveloppe était détrempée et en partie déchirée. Heureusement qu'à l'intérieur, le robe était emballée dans un sachet plastique ! Préférez les enveloppes scratch ou matelassées, ou un petit colis (conseil amical !). Désolé pour le retard de ma réponse, mais j'étais en déplacement ces derniers jours. Merci encore.
