Shoes are great and I love them, but customer service is just bad... There were problems with delivery and the seller didn't seem to care. Only responded to my messages and provided shipping number when prompted by Afrikrea and that was it. I finally managed to locate the package and correct delivery address, but it wasn't easy since I hadn't even known which courier service was taking care of it in Poland. I placed order 17.05.2020, received 23.06.2020.
Super fast delivery, I received a different model (Gigirog instead of Ginga), but it is the right size and heel size, so I decided to keep it! Very nicely crafted shoes, excellent quality!
I had ordered size 37 in December, after many weeks I got size 36 from the shop. So we established that I will return them and they will sent 37 maybe other model if they don’t have 37 of model I had ordered. I had returned the shoes, I paid for the shipment from Poland to France and they got the shoes. And then Covid-19-19 appeared and they told me that all shipments are held due to pandemic situation. And now in May we were talking again and they had sent shoes again. I had received package yesterday- I in the package is size 36 again. Seller does not answer about my complaint. I lost a lot of money and I have shoes which I cannot use.
