They were gray instead of white, the fabric is shiny of poor quality, with plastic rings (while no rings in the photo) and especially the coarse patterns, with flaws in the fabric. As for the saleswoman, she communicated well until I told her of my dissatisfaction. She refunded me anyway but never recognized that the patterns were not those of the model sold. Weird and disappointing! I do not recommend at all !!!
