Not happy with the service. The dress is nice but too small so I wanted to change it. I was informed I can not change. So there no customer service and it is very poor management. The prices are high but I don’t want to use a company that does not care about their customers. On top of that the model is nice but the fabric is poor quality.
The sending was very fast, the quality of Nanawax always equal to itself perfect even in the finishes :) Small flat just is that I had taken xxl thinking that it corresponded as everywhere to 46 but it is 44 :( look well the size equivalents on the shop before ordering. But no matter, I would still continue with this designer !!!
