Moreover, given the price of the clothes, their finish must be impeccable. This is not at all the case with the Irma dress, which is very disappointing (poorly sewn, suddenly there is a flaw when it is worn, there is a bunch of threads and the fabric unraveling). The photo represents only part of the faults, there are everywhere. In addition, the tie dress which arrived after a long delay is not made in the fabric ordered. The least thing would have been to warn the customer and ask him if he agrees.

Cependant de délai de livraison a été très long. La livraison a été effectuée en temps, donc j'ai dû payer 2 fois les frais de DHL.
Par ailleurs, vu le prix des vêtements, leur finition doit être impeccable. Ce n'est pas du tout le cas de la robe Irma, très décevante (mal cousue, du coup il y a un défaut quand elle est portée, il y a un tas de fils et le tissus qui s'éfiloche). La photo ne représente qu'une partie des défauts, il y en a partout.
Par ailleurs, la robe cravate qui est arrivée après beaucoup de retard n'est pas réalisée dans le tissu commandé. La moindre des choses aurait été de prévenir le client et de lui demander s'il est d'accord.

This is the 2nd review that I've done on this item. My 1st review was done in ignorance. There were some things that I stated, that wasn't correct. I thought that the item had already been worn, but it hadn't and there was not a rip/hole in the lining of the jacket, it was sewn (made) that way intentionally. Also, where I thought there were tape marks, it was from the manufacturing company and not from being worn. I have to tell you that the seller was so very kind when she contacted me to tell me what was going on with the jacket and even though, I was wrong, she made it right by sending me another jacket. This by far, is the best customer service I have received since shopping ANYWHERE on -line. People are really quick to post negative comments (as I initially did) but rarely do they come back, apologize and make it right. I wanted to make sure that I honored this seller by letting people know that I made a mistake in my review and she did everything to correct what I thought was a problem and I had to take the time out to thank her for her professionalism, her character, and her kind heart.
