Délai de livraison plus long qu'indiqué et interlocuteur ou interlocutrice peu aimable. La jupe n'était pas du tout pliée donc elle est arrivée fripée. La fermeture éclair est fragile et je pense que je vais devoir la faire changer.

I just received my Akoko Ampoule Dress, a magnificent creation by Sosoden. I love it, it is perfectly cut for my morphology, the colors are superb. The size guide is very fair thanks to Sosoden 😉

My order was sent to the wrong address. I NEVER received my order. I had to wait weeks before I received an Afrikrea credit, minus shipping. I wanted my money not a credit. I responded that I should not have to pay shipping since I never received the item. Sosden never replied. I paid using PayPal. In order to get money back through PayPal I had to pay a fee and percentage. So basically I paid for nothing!! I would give No Stars, if I could. Afrikrea customer service did nothing to help. I don't trust this company and will NEVER use them again. Because this company was advertised through Essence Magazine, I sent a complaint of dissatisfaction to them as well.
