C’est la 2eme fois que je commande chez sosoden, et même s’il faut reconnaître que les produits sont jolis, j’ai été déçue à 2 reprises, donc je ne tenterai pas un 3eme achat. Pour cette robe, je la reçois 22 jours après la commande, j’ai dû relancer à 2 reprises pour avoir un numéro de suivi, je n’ai jamais eu ce numéro, j’ai donc patienté. Et lorsque je reçois la commande, je m’aperçois qu’il y a une petite tâche, j’avise sosoden et voilà la réponse «J’avais préparé l’envoi à la boutique moi même et il n’y avait pas de tâches de base.
J’ignore comment elle a apparut et veuillez m’excuser pour ce désagrément. »
Je suis très déçue, aucune solution et insinue donc que la tâche vient de moi… vu le prix du retour et le délai de livraison pour l’échange je me retrouve à devoir garder la robe…tachée…
