The product is very good only I am not satisfied with the delivery time that is the time that the seller has put before returning my package to the post. It happened almost 3 weeks meanwhile for a product available and a seller being in the same region as me. It was a Christmas present so it did not happen on time it was very frustrating for me to go empty handed. It's not serious
Le produit est très bien seulement je ne suis pas satisfaite du délai de livraison c'est à dire le temps que le vendeur a mis avant de remettre mon colis à la poste. Il s'est passé presque 3 semaines entre temps pour un produit disponible et un vendeur étant dans la même région que moi. C'était un cadeau de noël donc résultat il n'est pas arrivé à temps c'était très frustrant pour moi d'y aller les mains vides. C'est pas sérieux

Package received on December 24th. Dolls very beautiful and consistent with the description. However Too long shipping time for an order from December 5th. My niece will not have her Christmas present in time because she arrived too late.
Colis reçu le 24 décembre. Poupées très belles et conformes à la description. Cependant Trop long délai d'expédition pour une commande du 5 décembre. Ma nièce n'aura donc pas son cadeau de noël à temps puisque arrivé trop tard.
I ordered a doll in a yellow outfit (my niece’s favorite color) but instead received one wearing pink. Her hair was not styled but thrown under a net. It was a mess when I removed the net. There was a small section of hair that didn’t curl like the rest and fell to the doll’s ankles. I had to cut this hair to make it the same length as the rest. I also had to put the doll’s hair in a ponytail so that her face could be seen. The doll arrived with two small blemishes on her forehead. The doll is still beautiful and I think my niece will love her, but this purchase did not meet my expectations.
Late shipping! I had contacted the saleswoman for a change of address due to this late shipment but it happens to be that she told me that she would change the address: not done.
