Wholesale Terms & Conditions – African Bravo Creative Ltd.

By placing a wholesale or bulk order with African Bravo Creative Ltd., you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

All wholesale and custom orders require full payment or a confirmed deposit before production begins.

For large or ongoing supply orders, 70% deposit + 30% before dispatch may be agreed in writing.

Once payment or deposit is received, the order is considered confirmed and non-cancellable.

2. Production & Lead Times

Production timelines depend on order size and customization requirements.

Estimated delivery schedules will be communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation.

Any changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs or extended timelines.

3. Customization & Approvals

For branded or customized items, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving design mock-ups before production.

Once approved, no design changes can be made without additional cost.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

We ship domestically and internationally.

Freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once goods are handed to the carrier, risk transfers to the buyer.

5. Refunds, Returns & Order Cancellations

Because our products are handcrafted and made to order:

All Sales Are Final.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for wholesale or custom orders.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or production has begun.

Group orders cancelled due to participant withdrawal are still the buyer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend confirming your team or group commitment before submitting your order.

6. Quality & Variations

Slight variations in color, texture, or print placement may occur due to artisanal production.

These variations are not considered defects and are part of the value of handcrafted products.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods arrive damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photographs and order reference.

We will review and provide an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
