WHY CREATE THE COUMBISS BRAND? I am French of Senegalese origin, so I have a double culture: European and African. What do these two cultures have in common? THE FASHION. Elegance holds an important place in French culture, it is also known to all that "Paris is the capital of fashion". It is also known that Africa loves fashion. Clothing in traditional African fabrics, wax or bazin, jewelry, ornaments inspired by different African ethnic groups are proof of this. Designers and brands are also inspired by African culture to launch their trends. This is why I decided to create clothes that would materialize my dual culture by harmonizing African and European fabrics. African and French styles are perfectly complementary. I would even say that all the styles are complementary and that's what I would like to express through my creations.
