The first pair of sandals I received where not the correct size because the size guide on the website was not correct. I contacted the seller but did not get a refund. While I did receive another pair of beautifully made and correct fit sandals, I had to purchase another pair. No refund
or discount was given. I really suggest correction of the size guide so this mistake does not occur in the future. The delivery time for the second pair of sandals was much quicker.
