The product is beautiful, and did not disappoint. However, there was a customs charge that I had to pay upon delivery by UPS, even though I already paid a customs fee when I made the purchase. I don't mind paying, but it would have been good to get a heads up from the seller so that I would have been more prepared. The delivery man did not have any change for my 20, so the poor man had to wait as I tried to scrounge up 9 euros worth of coins.
It wasn't delivered in the time it was stated it would be. I couldn't track my package, so I'm not sure why. It could have been hold up in customs, I don't know.
It's a beautiful necklace. Very well done. I would have liked there to be a chain (which could have been a beaded one) or some mechanism that allowed the necklace to be able to custom size for multiple sized necks. I'm a small lady and would like it to be a little bit snugger around my neck.
All in all I would shop with this vendor again. It took a long time for the necklace to get to me and I did message the vendor, she was prompt in messaging me back and let be know what was going on. So good customer service, and I really like her items.
