Hips: Same as the hips measurement for the kaftan.
Inseam: From the crotch seam to the desired trouser hemline.
Outseam: From the waistline to the desired trouser hemline.
Thigh Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of the thigh.
Knee Circumference: Measure around the knee joint.
Ankle Circumference: Measure around the ankle.

Three-Quarter Shirt:

Chest: Same as the chest measurement for the kaftan.
Waist: Same as the waist measurement for the kaftan.
Armhole Depth: Same as the armhole depth measurement for the kaftan.
