C’est la 2eme fois que je commande chez sosoden, et même s’il faut reconnaître que les produits sont jolis, j’ai été déçue à 2 reprises, donc je ne tenterai pas un 3eme achat. Pour cette robe, je la reçois 22 jours après la commande, j’ai dû relancer à 2 reprises pour avoir un numéro de suivi, je n’ai jamais eu ce numéro, j’ai donc patienté. Et lorsque je reçois la commande, je m’aperçois qu’il y a une petite tâche, j’avise sosoden et voilà la réponse «J’avais préparé l’envoi à la boutique moi même et il n’y avait pas de tâches de base.
J’ignore comment elle a apparut et veuillez m’excuser pour ce désagrément. »
Je suis très déçue, aucune solution et insinue donc que la tâche vient de moi… vu le prix du retour et le délai de livraison pour l’échange je me retrouve à devoir garder la robe…tachée…
False advertisement I received a totally different pattern with lime green and a grey collar instead of black. Bad communication they never notified me about switching the pattern to give me an option to proceed with the purchase, I was sent the jacket as if I wouldn’t notice. I am highly disappointed.

Beautiful dress! Highly recommend it for events and evening wear. It arrived sooner than I expected. There was great communication between the seller and me. The material quality is great. Make sure to measure yourself properly with the correct units before ordering. I did the mistake of ordering an XS when I usually size small because I took my measurements wrong. It still fits but the bust and waist area is very tight on me.

First it took a month to come, placed the order on August 1st and came in on August 30th. I was supposed to go to African event at church on August 29th with it but I couldn’t because of the late delivery and on top of that I’ve paid for the delivery which i was notified at checkout and that it will be delivered in 7 days. False information. I’ve to reach out to the seller for my item and saying he or she was having some issues. And also I wear size Med but decided to order Lg size in case it was cut small and still the dress can’t fit me. I definitely have to take it for alterations and pay more money. This is my first time ordering from the website and I’m very disappointed.
