The Penja pepper, grown in the volcanic soil of the eastern Cameroon. It is an exceptional pepper, considered as one of the best in the world, if not the best. Pieces: 1 Penja pepper belongs to the Piper nigrum species (Piperaceae family) which comes in green, black, white or gray peppers depending on the stage of maturity at harvest and the processing process. Bonus: The lids of the storage jars have an aroma seal (see photo). This allows the stopper glasses to be tightly closed. Since you often have greasy fingers when cooking, the wooden lids of the storage containers were not simply left untreated. For the impregnation, our partners rely on natural products for the spice bottle set. That is why only linseed oil was used for the lids. The lids are made from one piece of wood, so without glue. A storage jar has the following dimensions (LxWxH): 5.7 x 5.7 x 10 cm (with lid) and a capacity of 150ml per spice bottle. The angular design of the spice jars offers the advantage that the jars can be lined up to save space. The glass of the spice container is dishwasher safe. Wood, on the other hand, is not allowed in the dishwasher. Therefore you should only wipe the lid with a damp cloth.

Measure the top of the crotch up to the ankle bone.
