Elle n’a pas tenu son engagement de me rembourser les frais d’envoi si je passais commande via le site ni le geste commercial significatif promis.
A la place, j’ai reçu un tote bag dont la confection a été bâclée avec des finitions inexistantes.
Ce qui assure la pérennité de toute entreprise quelle qu’elle soit c’est outre la qualité de ses prestations, le soin porté à la gestion de son service client. Les erreurs existent, mais leur répétition, l’absence de sérieux, alliée au manquement de la parole donnée, et à des gestes commerciaux qui n’en sont pas donnent à terme un résultat évident qu’il n’est pas utile de préciser.
Ce qui me désole est que je m’efforce de privilégier autant que faire se peut le black owner, je saurais dorénavant qu’il n’est pas possible de commercer avec Bazara pagne.
