Introducing the Conical Flare Sleeve Blouse. It is inspired by the Classic TITI BELO Conical Sleeve from the OMOKE Dress. It features a Square Neck top half and an A-Line peplum bottom half made in an Organza Damask Blend. Its Conical Flare Sleeves have a triangular detail inset made in Brown/Gold Pinstripe Yoruba traditional Aso-Oke Combo.
