Just one point to emphasize: shipping by DHL express was excessively expensive, almost as much as the cost of the product. 25,000 XOF paid at DHL level, then 30,000 as customs clearance fees. For products purchased at 62,000 XOF. I think we should consider another mode of sending otherwise it is really too expensive. Otherwise, thank you for the responsiveness and the quality of the jewel.

Juste un point a souligner: l’envoi par DHL express a coûté excessivement cher, presque autant que le coût du produit. 25.000 XOF payés au niveau de DHL, puis 30.000 comme frais de dédouanement. Pour des produits achetés a 62.000 XOF. Je pense qu’il faudrait envisager un autre mode d’envoi sinon cela coûte vraiment trop cher.
