I loved the dress but unfortunately the shipping was super delayed and arrived late. I couldn’t find the tracking details for several days after it was sent. However the vendor was super apologetic and included a free head wrap. I I’ve the dress just wish I could have it sooner for my special event.
My order was sent to the wrong address. I NEVER received my order. I had to wait weeks before I received an Afrikrea credit, minus shipping. I wanted my money not a credit. I responded that I should not have to pay shipping since I never received the item. Sosden never replied. I paid using PayPal. In order to get money back through PayPal I had to pay a fee and percentage. So basically I paid for nothing!! I would give No Stars, if I could. Afrikrea customer service did nothing to help. I don't trust this company and will NEVER use them again. Because this company was advertised through Essence Magazine, I sent a complaint of dissatisfaction to them as well.
I received the dress, pleased with my purchase. The only weak point are the buttons but I'm going to get used to it. In any case the transaction went very well, thank you again.
