🛑 There was an issue with every single thing I ordered, and customer service is no help!
Do not do business with this merchant or this website in general! I do not normally leave reviews, especially when it’s a black-owned business, but this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I spent hundreds of dollars with this company. I don’t know where to start.
First, they sent me a completely different dress. It was obviously not the same dress that was advertised. They admitted to knowing that it was different when they shipped it, yet they decided to charge me and ship it anyway. Customer service gave me a “credit,” but they have yet to refund my purchase. I want my money back. All of it.
Then there were three other items that I purchased. I gave the seller my height. She asked for my measurements, but she didn’t alter the clothes at all. All three of the outfits were extremely long on the pants and arms. Even for a tall person, my seamstress agreed that the quality and stitching were extremely poor.
She had an excuse for every issue.
One of the items also arrived with a broken zipper.
Initially, customer service agreed to refund me for the alterations. There were so many issues with the clothing that it slightly exceeded the cost of the items.
I did as instructed by customer service. As you can see, I went to the seamstress, drove all the way across town (which was inconvenient. Gas is extremely high right now), and spent my time trying on the pieces so they could get altered.
I went through all of this hassle. I sent them the receipt, and now they are refusing to refund me. (Check the email communications. It’s in writing that they agreed to refund me)
After I got it altered (as they instructed), they are telling me to return the items and eat the almost $200 cost for fixing the clothes. It was already to late to return it! They told me they were going to pay for the alterations. This has taken up too much of my time and energy.
These people are unprofessional and scammers.
I am beyond disappointed with how these people have tried to get over on me. I hate it when businesses do wrong, try to get over on the client, and then flip it and act like the client is trying to get over.
I’m an entrepreneur myself, and I would never dare do this to a customer.
If you want to spend hundreds of dollars of your hard-working money on clothing that will not be what you purchased, order now. If you’re wise, simply shop with other companies, especially if you’re in the united states, because it takes weeks to get these orders, and when you receive them, they won’t be as advertised.
🛑 Aren’t you tired of spending your money with businesses that won’t do right? Stop supporting them, then. Do not support this company until they take accountability, offer better support, and solve these issues quickly. It’s not worth the headache. I don’t recommend them at all 👎🏾
