The dress is beautiful and well-made. However, it doesn't fit me at all and I followed the size chart. I am 5'2 in height and the dress is really made for someone taller. It looks huge on me. The skirt goes to my calf and the sleeves go well past my elbows. I would like to return.
The earrings are nice but the service was lacking. It took 3 weeks to ship my order without providing updates to why it was taking so long. I had to reach out on my own and threatened to cancel before getting the item shipped. If I'd been updated as to why it took so long to ship, my rating would have been higher. The earrings are nice though. Taking 3 weeks to ship something that is not custom is not good.
