The product arrived, the packaging was awful, and the product itself was dirty and dusty, the design logo is missing. I requested a size 9 regular and I received a size 8. Unfortunately, it cost too much to send back, and it's way too much of a hassle to try to get a refund. I bought from this vendor before, so I am extremely disappointed and I am sad to say that this will be my last purchase, unfortunately.
