The garments are designed to flatter and enhance women’s individual figure and body shape, and are very versatile. Most of our tunics or blouses can be worn loose or belted, depending on preference and unusually, can also be worn as a lightweight jacket. I try to make each garment unique and as individual as you are and is sewn with love, care and attention and will not fall apart after wearing a few times. Our blouses may cost more than what you see in your local high street clothes shops, but bear in mind that many of those garment workers earn pennies per hour and often not using high quality fabric . If you buy an Achoti blouse that you really like, you will wear it again and again and it will not date. You can also wear our blouses layered! A pleasing aspect of an Achoti made blouse is that as the print colours somewhat fade over a period of time, it will develop a ‘vintage’ type appearance, giving it a new lease of life. Only highest quality African cotton wax, pure linen or 100% cotton is used to make our garments.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
EXCHANGES:
We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items get back to us, so we cannot accommodate exchanges.
SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise indicated on the website, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please do not use FedEx or UPS!

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may be delayed. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.
