Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Sale Policy
Items will be shipped subject to availability, orders are shipped within 7 to 18 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received. When your order has been shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number for your package.
