10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be exclusively brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to its subject matter.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.
