Sale Policy
A confirmation e-mail and a tracking number will be sent to you once your payment is received on our Paypal and as soon as your packages are sent. Packages are sent from Paris, France by Post in a registered package delivered against signature. If you place an order at the beginning of the week, for FRance the deadline is 3 working days. A tracking number allows you to locate your package since it was sent by us to your reception at your home. Thus, as soon as you drop it off at the Post Office, we provide you with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online. If you want an express shipment, an additional cost applies, please contact us via [email protected] with your order number. Although we are confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products, if a product does not suit you or for any other justified reason, we exchange it for a product of the same price or lower. Please double check the size you are purchasing, the differences are minimal. In case of doubt send us an email before concluding your purchase. We send you new products manufactured by us (except vintage category mentioned) having undergone quality tests. This is to be sure that you will receive a product without spot, hole or any defect.
