Refunds and Exchanges

• Money back guaranteed 15 days after reception.
• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

AfriKatja will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, undamaged, unaltered and free of damage, by a customer within 15 days from the date of the received item. Only items under these conditions will be accepted for returns/exchanges. For a full refund (without shipping cost) or exchange, send an item back to the address, states in the top left corner of the parcel box/envelope. Items cannot be returned after 15 days after you received them. It has to be returned with an original AfriKatja tag still attached.
You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item.
We will refund you within 5 days after receiving returned item, if not, please contact us with relevant information.
