When (and not before) we send you confirmation via email or telephone to the contact information you provided and receive settlement of your credit/debit card payment, a contract is formed between us and you. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or modify your order. All cancellations and amendments to items that were made to order will be subject to a processing fee.

We will make every attempt to ensure that the pricing on our website are correct when you place your order. Prior to the items being shipped out, if an error is discovered, we will notify you as quickly as possible and give you the choice of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you decide to cancel, we will reimburse you or credit your account for any money you have already paid for the goods with.

All information contributed or used on this website, in other advertising materials, or in pictures, images, or descriptions is for general informational and illustrative purposes only. Minor differences between the goods shipped to you and those depicted or described on our website may occur, but they won't have an impact on their pricing, function, or quality.

The address you provided on the online order form will be where the ordered items are delivered. You will be informed of a new delivery date or a location to pick up the items if there is no one at the specified address who is qualified to accept delivery of the products. Unless otherwise specified to you by us, ordered products will typically be delivered within 3 to 5 weeks of your order being accepted. You have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund or credit for any amount that has been paid by you or deducted from your credit card in the event that we are unable to deliver the products within 10 weeks of your order.

Any loss or damage you experience as a result of a delivery delay, whether reasonable or unavoidable, is not our responsibility.

All orders are accepted pending product availability. Any payment that has been paid by you or deducted will be refunded or credited in full if any ordered goods are not immediately available to us. We will notify you of this as soon as feasible.
