Natasha Lisa is a London born Jewellery designer and illustrator with a studio in East London. Operating under the Afro Deco label, Natasha channels the stylistic influences of Art Deco design and the vibrant patterns of African fabric design in her diverse range of acrylic jewellery and artworks.
Delivery
All prints are packaged flat. If items do not arrive within 7 days of dispatch for UK and 14 days for the rest of the world, please contact us in case delivery has been delayed. While postal delays are rare, please take into account that mail can sometimes take a bit longer than expected at busy times of the year such as Christmas. Please make sure you order in plenty of time. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
International
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and can take up to 14 days. There is also the option to ship goods via courier. This is a much faster service for those who require goods urgently. Please note that customers outside the UK will be responsible for paying any international duties or custom fees. International Tracked & Signed items are tracked in the UK and overseas.
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The following products are exempt from being returned: earrings and used tea towels.
We will accept refunds on some defective or damaged products when returned to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Prints
Giclée uses light fast, pigmented inks (usually cyan, magenta, yellow, light cyan, light magenta and multiple blacks). The resulting prints are brighter, and the colours last longer and are higher in resolution - meaning sharper prints. Prints are produced on an Epson 7890 with archival Ultrachrome inks on Hahnemuehle German Etching heavyweight fine art papers.
