Do you provide international delivery? Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout once the delivery option and the chosen destination. What are your delivery options? We currently ship to the UK and worldwide using the secure and reliable Royal Mail service. Domestic parcels: This will be posted by Royal Mail's special delivery service, the estimated time will be between 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be confirmed by your email. International parcels: They will be sent via Royal Mail's tracking and international signature service and a tracking number will be confirmed by email. For EU customers, estimated lead times range from 3 to 5 business days and for customers in Canada and the US, estimated lead times range from 5 to 10 business days.

What is your refund policy? For a full refund, all returned items must be returned in their original condition and have all original tags attached. The returned product is returned to us within 14 days of the return period We will refund you within 21 days of the date we sent you an email to confirm that you are entitled to a refund. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
