We accept custom orders for groom, groomsmen wedding accessories.
Just send us an email and we would help you with your wedding requirements.
All orders are despatched within 48 hours with the exception of custom orders.
If your order does not arrive within 14 days Europe, 21 days for USA, please contact Afroneckties to follow up.

Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Customs Control.
From 01-07-2021, VAT will be collected on all orders to the EU under €150.
Afrikrea will collect import VAT on physical goods delivered to the EU with a value under €150.
If you are charged VAT twice, please email AfroNeckties as soon as possible with your custom’s letter and receipt of payment. We will forward that to Afrikrea who will process a refund for you.

Returns
Contact us within seven days of receiving your order
Return all items in their packaging within 14 days.
Shipping
All items are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked service for both international and local services.
