Order Processing and Shipping Policy

Processing
Orders take 5-7 business days for them to be processed and delivered to the carrier. Items listed as "On Order" have a longer processing time. The shipping dates are indicated in the description of each product.

After the items are dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier service to ensure delivery of the packages.

Shipping
Global deliveries are made through a partnership with DHL Global. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, and vary according to the country and location of delivery.

All shipments that cross international borders are subject to customs duties and taxes in the importing country. Afropolitan and Afrikrea have no control over these charges as we they vary between countries, so they are the buyer's responsibility.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Our refund policy offers money back guarantee within 14 days after the receipt of a product by the buyer.

Refunds are made in the Afrikrea virtual wallet. Customers can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to their bank account. Return fees are the responsibility of the buyers and are not refundable.

Items must be sent unused, unaltered, without washing and with all labels still attached (including all documentation, packaging and accessories) via DHL with a tracking number and insurance, to Rua Rego Freitas 530, República, São Paulo, Brazil.

Damaged, dirty or altered returns are not refunded, accepted or returned to the customer. Custom items are not exchanged or refunded.

Items must be shipped with tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We do not guarantee that the items exchanged will be available at the time the returned items return, so we do not make exchanges. We issue a credit at our Afrikrea’s shop through a gift card. Customers can use it to buy another item. The gift card never expires.

Damaged Items
For damaged items we ask the buyer to contact us by email within 2 days of receiving the package.

As soon as we receive the package, we’ll send a Gift-Card by email in the value of the item, plus the cost of returning the item (up to US $ 20.00 USD, provided that the buyer includes a copy of the receipt with the cost of the shipment).

Cancellations
Buyers have up to 24 hours to cancel orders.

Price adjustment
Prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory and promotions. Therefore, we do not refund or credit the difference between the purchase price and the current price of the item.
