Sale Policy

THE MANUFACTURING TIME Each product marketed by "agnessaline jewelry" is produced once the order has been confirmed by the user. The manufacturing time can vary from 4 days (average time) to 3 weeks in the busiest periods. AVAILABILITY the products are offered within the limits of available stocks of raw materials. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, after placing the order by the customer, the latter is informed by email or by telephone as soon as possible. DELIVERY The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process within five to 15 days after receipt of payment. This is an average delay depending on the destination of the item's shipping method. Exceeding this period cannot give rise to any order cancellation, to any reduction in the price paid by the user and to any payment by way of damage and interest.
