* shipping can take a few days because we also have a branch in the United States that stock some of our items. Amoke Collection outfits may be shipped from the United Kingdom or United States hence customers are billed shipping costs for whichever location they are based.

UK DELIVERY TIMES AND COST
Standard UK Delivery - charges apply based on courier company and free if the order totals £120 or more. Delivered within 3 -5 working days.

All UK orders are shipped with UK Mail and are fully trackable. Please note UK Mail will not deliver on Bank Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES AND COST

A standard or express delivery service is available for most of the countries we ship to. International deliveries will be shipped with DHL or a local courier depending which service is available. We cannot ship to PO Boxes in the U.S. or Australia.

RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to accept returns, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 10 days of receipt by you.

We have a return depots located in the UK and US making it easy to return your items.

Simply email us for the return address at [email protected] with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).

Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s account.

Returns for refund will proceed within 5-7 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to influence this.

We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.

Items advertised as Free shipping that are returned for refund will be charged a shipping fee that applied to the particular country it was shipped to.

Please ensure your order confirmation slip with your name and order number is included in the parcel. Failure to do so may result in the refund process being delayed. All goods must be sent back in their original condition, along with the original tags and packaging. Items will be inspected upon return, and will be returned to the sender if they are not in their original saleable condition.

Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges for any deliveries that are refused and these return fees may be deducted from your refund.

The refund value for international orders placed in a non-GBP (£) currency will be based on the daily exchange rate.

PRICING & CURRENCY CONVERSION
All prices listed on the website are in GBP( British Pounds). For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations. In order to determine an estimated exchange rate for your currency, we recommend using an online currency converter.
