Sale Policy

IMPORTANT: Until November 2020, all orders take approximately 12 days to be delivered * TIMES Standard USA Delivery - $ 7. Delivered in 3-5 business days. Please note that orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. All orders within the United States are shipped with National Post Office Mail and are fully trackable. If you decline shipments from grass-fields.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. DELIVERY CLAIMS If you experience a nondelivery or if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim. Please email us at: [email protected] We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Note: Claims can take up to 30 days (depending on the carrier used). Amooti does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, refunding your original payment method for the item (s) out of stock. SHIPPING RIGHTS RESERVED While we do our best to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Amooti, African Stories reserves the right to require customers to use an address “common” shipping and billing in the event that we are unable to process an order or verify a delivery address provided. In addition, Amooti, African Stories reserves the right to define and limit, refuse and / or cancel customer orders only at any time due to: A history of irregular or excessive returns indicating a 'wardrobe "; A history of irregular or excessive returns involving worn, altered, washed, damaged or missing items; or potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Likewise, Amooti, African Stories reserves the right to limit, deny and / or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as stated above. RETURNS / EXCHANGES Amooti, African Stories will provide a return within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Clothing must be unworn and always fitted with all safety tags and labels. Any request received outside of this 5 day grace period will not be accepted. Please email us at [email protected], with the subject “refund or exchange + order number”. Once you have sent the items, please provide us with a proof of return AND a tracking number. Once we receive the item (s), we will then proceed to send you the money or the new part depending on your case. Please note that the return or exchange will not include the previous shipping cost, either shipping cost and return or exchange cost. Upon receipt, it takes approximately 3-5 business days to process your return / exchange, after receiving the package. All payments will be credited to the original buyer's card. Returns for refund will be made within 5-10 business days of receipt of the item, but card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process. It depends on their processing time and can vary widely between card issuers. Unfortunately, therefore, we cannot influence this. We only refund shipping costs if there was an error with the order.
