Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Track Your Shipped Item

Return/Exchange Your Item
Sometimes there is an issue with purchased goods and we recognize that. We offer our sincerest apologies and want to work with you to fix the issue ASAP. Send an email to [email protected], and you will receive a response from an assigned Style Representative with next steps.
Shipping Label: When you receive your shipping label via email, please print and use the attached shipping label to return your order. Your assigned style representative will contact you via email with next steps and answer additional questions you may have.
Ready-to-Wear Items
We offer returns on ready-to-wear items with a 15% restocking fee if the items is returned in the condition that it was sold.
Couture (Custom) Items
We offer free alternations on couture orders if shipped back within 15 days of the date the item was delivered. We do not offer refunds on couture orders.
