Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Sale Policy
A package can only be returned if it arrived damaged, or the wrong item was shipped to you. You need to let Anzhelika Crochet know within 5 days (if you reside in the US) and (non US residents) of receiving the package. A replacement item will be shipped to you once Anzhelika Crochet receives the damaged and/or wrong item in the original package and tags.
Please note that any worn or washed items will not be accepted. A replacement item can take up to two weeks to be ready, as it has to be handmade. In case you are in a rush, please contact Anzhelika Crochet to see what can be done.
Items listed are RTS (ready to ship) has a current turn-around time of 2 days or less until it ships unless specify otherwise. If you have a need for something sooner, please feel free to send me a conversatiom and I will work to accommodate.
