GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE Article 1: Fields of application and modification of the General Conditions of Sale These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.arganeden.com. THE ARGANEDEN COMPANY reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In case of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied. Article 2: Characteristics and availability of the products In accordance with article L. 111-1 of the consumer code, the buyer may, prior to his order, take note, on the arganeden.com site, of the essential characteristics of the product(s). products he wishes to order. The buyer selects one or more products from the different categories offered on the arganeden.com website. Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. Upon receipt of the order, we check the availability of the product(s) ordered. In case of unavailability, we undertake, within 30 days from the validation of the order by the buyer, either to deliver the ordered product, or to reimburse it. In case of out of stock on one of the products ordered, we will ship the rest of the order. The date of validation of the order corresponds to the date of the order and payment by credit card online.
