Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Sale Policy
About you:
You are adviced to be at least 16 years old to shop with us. In case you are below 16, get a parent to approve your intentions of purchasing before you do so. This is to avoid conflicts with parents and angry returns which will cause you and our business time and money.
Orders:
You can change your order 24 hrs after purchase by leaving us a message. After 24 hrs your order will probably be shipped already and any returns will be at your cost.
Delivery:
Delivery times will vary depending on the product ordered. However you will be informed of the various delivery times in the product description. Delivery fees will apply on certain products and shipping information including tracking will be communicated to you.
Different delivery services such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, DPD and others will be used.
Delivery might be impossible in some parts of the world due to the covid 19 pandemic. Unfortunately we can't influence this alot but you will be informed of inconveniences on time.
Returns and refund :
You are allowed to return a product if it does not look like the product you ordered and if it is defect. In this case the return cost will be covered. Please keep receipts and send them to us so you can be refunded.
If the product is intact and you change your mind on keeping it then you will have to pay the return fees yourself.
⚠️Please do not return a product if you have worn it more than one time, if it is dirty, stained or has been destroyed by you.
You are allowed to return products within 15 days upon receipt. Returns above this period will not be refunded.
Please make sure the items to be returned matches the items purchased.
