Refunds and Exchanges

• Money back guaranteed 15 days after reception.
• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

Once I receive an order and all informations needed for preparation (measurements, colours, materials, number of items, address & phone number, expedition's details), it will take 5 to 15 working days in accord with the complexity of the production.
Of course, if you have anything special you need, we can agree personally.
If the item needs correction or reparation within the first week after receiving your order, I will provide the work for free, but the expedition cost & return will be on charge of the Customer.
