Unfortunately, had to take the dress to a seamstress to get it correctly fitted but beautiful dress and extra material was very handy for my seamstress. Just unfortunate that even when I gave my measurements, the dress did not fit me at all.

The team was bad with communication, late delivering the item and would not respond to my concerns about a replacement. The team sent me a suit that was entirely too tight. Which is ironic considering they took my measurements.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND at all!. I have posted pictures to see the job that was done to this dress. I cannot even wear it anywhere. Look at the arms, they are different lengths!!! I understand I took a risk to get a dress sewn without the measurements taken directly by the tailor(previous tailors did not fail me), BUT HOW ARE THE ARMS DIFFERENT LENGTH??? And not to mention the poor customer service, the only time the tailor or whoever contacted me was after I paid and they needed my measurements. But after I received the dress. No responses at all, like they never existed (I have text messages to show as well). Poor customer service, poor making of a dress, just all around poor. This would get negative stars specifically for the poor customer service. I can’t even get my money back for a dress that they butchered.
