GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE Article 1: Application of general conditions of sale The contractual obligations between BELKEL WAX and the customer are governed solely by these general conditions applicable to all sales and services performed by BELKEL WAX, unless otherwise stipulated by the customer. Any order sent to BELKEL WAX entails acceptance by the customer of the present general conditions. Article 2: Prices The prices indicated on the site of sale on line are expressed TTC by application of the tariff in force on the day of the order, and not delivery. Delivery is made at the customer's expense (conditions and prices on the site). Article 3: Payment The payment must be made online on the secure site for secure online payments. It can be done by any other lawful means with condition. Article 4: Cancellation and return In accordance with articles 121-21 et seq. Of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the products ordered or inform us of your decision you retract.
