Refunds and Exchanges

• Money back guaranteed 15 days after reception.
• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

I accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions: 1.) If the items shipped are returned unworn in the original box. 2.) If I use another fabric or another size than that chosen by the customer during the verification. 3.) If I mistakenly ship a defective item. Returns must be made between 7 and 14 days after delivery. The refund will be made within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item. I do not accept returns on personalized and personalized orders.
