* if you are not happy with your order, you can return it for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

* Most of our beautiful designs are specially made to order so unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged (Item is is faulty and unrepairable).

* Please note that due to the printed & patterned nature of African fabrics, fabric placements may vary from the pictured item. While we strive to make each item exactly as seen in photos, we have no control over this.

* Please send a message with your order number, full name and reason for returns before returning the item.

* Send a trackable shipping number in case of a return to enable us track and receive the item in order to make a refund to you
