1. Original Custom Artwork
All artworks are 100% handmade and customized to your request. Each piece is uniquely created based on the photo(s) or reference material you provide. Please ensure your submission is clear and high-quality for best results.

2. Order Process
Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

You will receive progress updates and a final preview before shipping.

Minor adjustments can be requested before the final seal and dispatch.

3. Processing & Delivery Time
Each artwork takes between 7 to 14 business days to complete, depending on complexity.

Free international shipping is provided to your location.

Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7 to 21 business days after dispatch.

4. Shipping & Tracking
All orders are shipped securely with a tracking number provided.

Shipping is free worldwide unless specified otherwise for special deliveries or express options.

We are not responsible for customs delays in your country.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of the artwork, returns and refunds are not accepted once work has started.

If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us with photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving your item to resolve the issue.

6. Bulk Orders & Discounts
If you are ordering more than three (3) artworks at once, you are entitled to request a discount. Large orders may affect shipping logistics, and we are happy to support bulk purchases with better rates.

7. Intellectual Property
We retain the right to showcase completed artworks in our portfolio or social media unless you specifically request privacy.

You may not reproduce or resell the artwork without written permission.

8. Communication
All communication will be conducted via email, WhatsApp, or the platform through which the order was placed.
