We believe in the beauty of diversity and that's why we carefully handcraft our designs to fits all body shapes and sizes for all occasions.
Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Sale Policy
We care about our customers and we will try our best to make your shopping experience satisfactory in all respects. If you are not satisfied with your product, please let us know, but if you are happy, tell the world!
1) Custom orders (including sizes not indicated in the size chart) can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
2) Try to check our size chart to make sure you order the right size.
3) Eligible items can be returned for store credit only. The return must be made within 7 days of the date of receipt and will not be accepted after 7 days.
4) Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed (free of make-up stains, deodorants, damage or wear) and with all tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If you think you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Note: Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs. All shipping costs are not refundable. Replenishment fees will be charged to orders returned due to an undeliverable address.
5) We recommend that you return packages with a tracking number. Packages lost without acknowledgment will not receive a return credit. 6) Swimsuits and underwear are not refundable.
