Refunds and Exchanges

• No exchanges or refunds.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

Payment terms : Customers are expected to make 100% payment for the cost of the item.
Refund /Return and exchange policy: In the case of a quality issue , we can exchange OR refund depending on the case.
Exchange Policy: 2 days for Lagos orders and 5 days for out of Lagos orders.

Deliveries : For orders in stock, delivery is 1-3 days with Lagos, 3-5 days interstate and 3-7 days for international orders.
