• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

1.) Process time for all orders is 07-14 working days; the client has the opportunity within 2 working days after order is placed to make changes in their order.

2.) The client has at most 48 hours after purchase is made to cancel their order because this is to enable the vendor save cost since production begins immediately the order is made.

3.)a.) In case of problems with the purchase; notify customer service via Whatsapp @ +237669398823 within 24 hours of delivery to client.
b.)Problems with the order includes: wrong colour of fabric used; error in size; faulty product upon time of delivery.

4.)Returns of all problematic purchases will be welcomed at most 07 working days after delivery.

5.)Returns are welcomed only on damaged products, see Clause 2b as concerns conditions for problematic products.

6.)Returns are not possible on worn items or personalized items.
